We provide training (online, virtual, onsite) and consulting services to healthcare, K-12 education, and other public-facing organizations. We have been in business for 15 years, but our expertise is grounded in over 40 years of research and real-world experience.

POSITION SUMMARY

• our services (implementation, courseware tailoring, and training)
• ongoing account management
• product enhancement and development

• represent the company in major client interactions, partnerships, and industry events, including speaking engagements
• work with sales and marketing to support growth initiatives and ensure a seamless transition from being a prospect to being a customer
• develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the conflict management training industry, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
• foster a culture of excellence, ethical behavior, and continuous improvement across the organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong passion for our vision: "To make the world safer by teaching everyone how to treat each other with dignity by showing respect and increasing their confidence in managing conflict, crisis, and physical violence."
• Exceptional track record in senior operations leadership roles
• Excellent project management, training, presentation, and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to support working with a diverse team, both internal and external to the company
• Comfortable and proficient in using online systems (e.g., CRM, virtual training, training management, online surveys, artificial intelligence)
• Ability to travel within the United States up to 6 weeks per year

VISTELAR SPECIFICS

• Headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, but the company operates 100% virtually with communication via phone and MS 365
• Strong leadership position in our industry, with many flagship accounts (e.g., Kaiser Permanente)
• Primary target market is healthcare and K-12 education, but we also work with social services, hospitality, customer service, transit, and public safety
• Compensation package (i.e., salary, bonus, benefits) commensurate with your credentials, experience, and abilities
