Vistelar is Growing!

Did you know? Reported assaults on healthcare workers continue to rise and, at the same time, high-trust and high-teamwork organizations are 50–80% more likely to outperform on key safety outcomes.

To help support Vistelar-partnered organizations meet this challenge, we're excited to welcome Casey Goldschmidt, CEM as Chief Operating Officer at Vistelar.

Casey brings the kind of operational and leadership experience that helps turn strategy into action. We're excited for what’s ahead.Join us in welcoming Casey to the Vistelar Team!

" Here's the reality...Workplace violence prevention isn’t managed by policies alone.
It’s built into culture.  It’s reinforced by leadership.
And it shows up in everyday interactions on the front line."
- Casey Goldschmidt, Vistelar COO

Casey Goldschmidt, COO

Casey previously led workplace violence prevention, security, and emergency management initiatives across major healthcare systems, including Ascension. In those roles, he helped advance systemwide efforts to strengthen safety culture and align leadership, security teams, and frontline caregivers around prevention.

With extensive background leading complex healthcare environments, Casey understands that workplace violence prevention can't simply be a compliance initiative — it must be embedded in culture, leadership, and daily operations.
