This is the heading
Ipsum Lorem has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
" Here's the reality...Workplace violence prevention isn’t managed by policies alone.
It’s built into culture. It’s reinforced by leadership.
And it shows up in everyday interactions on the front line."
- Casey Goldschmidt, Vistelar COO
Casey Goldschmidt, COO
Casey previously led workplace violence prevention, security, and emergency management initiatives across major healthcare systems, including Ascension. In those roles, he helped advance systemwide efforts to strengthen safety culture and align leadership, security teams, and frontline caregivers around prevention.
With extensive background leading complex healthcare environments, Casey understands that workplace violence prevention can't simply be a compliance initiative — it must be embedded in culture, leadership, and daily operations.
