Agreement provides verbal and physical conflict management training to all OHSU members

This collaboration builds on OHSU’s broader workplace safety initiatives, including expanded mental health resources, policy updates, and proactive engagement with employees at every level. It is designed to strengthen both prevention and response capabilities across the organization.
